Mark Jenkins - Zenophon Galactic Pulse

Artist: Mark Jenkins
P: 2026
Ever wondered what the modern Tangerine Dream around the “Raum” period would sound like with a really world-class, Academy or Grammy award-winning singer like Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish or even Enya? Throw in touches of Vangelis and John Carpenter and that’s what you have with ZENOPHON, the new duo of synthesist MARK JENKINS and multi-lingual singer/violinist ANOUSHKA IVANOVA. The duo’s epic 72-minute debut CD “Galactic Pulse” spans enormous TD Sessions-like pieces such as “Echoes In Silence” and “New Catalunya” running over 13 minutes each, to tremendous up-tempo techno-pop anthems like “Galactic Pulse 2” and “Cosmic Wanderer”. You’ll hear the sounds of Moog, PPG, Prophet, Mellotron and other massive synths alongside expressive electric violin and driving electronic percussion. If you like Tangerine Dream’s “Cyclone” and “Tyger” or enjoy John Carpenter movie soundtracks, Vangelis and Jean-Michel Jarre, prepare to fall in love with ZENOPHON…

Stefan Erbe - Metamorphosys (Blu-Ray)

Artist: Stefan Erbe
P: 2025

Erbe’s third multimedia story about his android protagonist GENE strives for perfection on three different levels. Whether it’s the music, the visual images or the story itself, all elements share a common intuition and ask the same question: when is something really perfect?
As in the previous story from 2023, Erbe blends the music with self-designed visuals and once again presents a complex and AI-generated universe of future thoughts and emotional developments of synthetic characters facing their own contradictions and moral choices. Of course, this theme is not entirely new, but Erbe presents it in a very special way. Music, images and story form a unity that has never been seen before. On the one hand, you get the feeling that Erbe’s musical ideas are clear to decipher and that you can completely immerse yourself in the presentation of the story. Nevertheless, he remains vague in his descriptions and leaves visitors plenty of scope for their own interpretations. No detail reveals the final meaning, but offers a variable motivation for the personal point of view.
Of course, the music on the current album also works excellently without the concert images. This time, the 12 tracks manage without additional vocals and atmospheric narrative elements and once again convey a narrative style that comes to a close in a spectacular finale.
The music therefore does not follow on from the concept of the previous album, but once again opens up a completely new chapter of unheard musical elements, embedded in Erbe’s unmistakable sound of sequenced melodic structures, the deeply interwoven drum textures and his always very changeable sound aesthetics. However, Stefan Erbe remains true to himself in one thing. His great art of creating a 65-minute arc of suspense that fits almost every BPM category is a key element of his success over the last three decades.
While Stefan Erbe categorized the previous GENESYS23 album as “Eletronical”, his current concept should perhaps be described as “Imagical”. Whatever a fitting description might be, Stefan Erbe is inexorably following the path of change and pursuing his own kind of hoped-for musical perfection with the album Metamorphosys. Perhaps even that of producing a final album at some point and being able to say that it simply can’t get any better. But this misconception is probably the perfect reason to just keep going and never end with the pursuit of musical perfection.

Jürgen Pluta - Blanche

Artist: Jürgen Pluta
P: 1980 / 2025
With Blanche, Jürgen Pluta's electronic solo debut is being released digitally and on CD for the first time - 45 years after its original release.
The former bassist of Wallenstein, Streetmark and Embryo recorded the album in 1979 at Procom Studio Kirchhellen, supported by Rolf Eggemann (drums) and Fritz Frey (guitar). Pluta, influenced by his collaboration with Harald Großkopf (Ashra Tempel, Wallenstein), developed his own sound language between Krautrock, synthesizer experimentation and atmospheric electronics. Blanche combines analog warmth with futuristic vision - a work that moves stylistically between cosmic music, early ambient and progressive electronics.
The CD has been remastered by Eroc and contains an exclusive remix of the track "Voyage" by Harald Großkopf as a bonus. A fascinating contemporary document from the transitional phase between Krautrock and electronic avant-garde.

Johan Tronestam - Settlers

Artist: Johan Tronestam
P: 2025
Settlers is not just an album — it is a journey. Each track unfolds a narrative of exploration, transformation, and remembrance, set against the vast canvas of the cosmos. The music combines spiritual longing with philosophical inquiry,
tracing the emotional arc of pioneers seeking a new beginning in a faraway world.
In an age of rapid digital evolution and cultural fragmentation, this album speaks to the necessity of preserving truth, authenticity, and shared humanity. It invites the listener to reflect not only on outer space, but inner space — the silent expanses within us where peace, curiosity, and hope take root. Every title was chosen with intention, forming a story about discovery, settlement, and the timeless quest to reunite with what was once lost. Settlers aims to resonate across borders, as a reminder that no matter how far we travel, we carry with us the spark of connection.

Robert Schroeder - Relaxesizer

Artist: Robert Schroeder
P: 2025
Robert Schroeder's new album is called Relaxesizer and, of course, offers the ideal foundation for extended relaxation.
The album title is plausible: relaxing music recorded with a synthesizer, in other words, Relaxesizer. In any case, the Klaus Schulze protégé has been familiar with highly relaxing compositions since 1979 and, even with his 48th solo album, can still offer imaginative and exceptional spherical electronic music.

On this album, Robert has compiled and applied the essence, the sum of his musical experiences and development. With Relaxesizer, he has clearly undergone a musical transformation, a maturation of his development. The result is this album, well worth listening to.

Peter Mergener - Chip Meditation 2025

Artist: Peter Mergener
P: 2025

Chip Meditation was one of Software's most successful IC albums in the 80s. Peter Mergener was primarily responsible for the music at the time and is now celebrating the 40th anniversary of a cult album that set standards in the electronic music scene with Chip Meditation 2025.
Music to dream to. That's what electronic music listeners associate with Chip Meditation.

On Chip Meditation 2025, the Software-typical sequences (trademark!) bubble out of the choir sounds, intertwining with warm pads and building up to a successful Berlin School track. The sounds develop fluidly, with occasional effects and touches of color reminiscent of Klaus Schulze or Tangerine Dream, gaining depth through the pad sounds.
Peter Mergener thus knows how to perfectly showcase these traditional Berlin School style elements in a contemporary, full-bodied sound, creating an atmosphere where you can "bathe" like in the old days.
Fans have had to wait a long time for Peter to revive the "old days."
Sweet dreams!

Bioscope (Rothery + Quaeschning) - Gento (CD + Blu Ray)
Artist: Steve Rothery + Thorsten Quaeschning
P: 2025
Bioscope is the highly anticipated collaborative project from guitar maestro Steve Rothery, founding member of Marillion, who has sold millions of albums worldwide and helped define the sound of progressive rock with chart-topping records — and from electronic visionary Thorsten Quaeschning, musical director of Tangerine Dream, credited on over 100 album releases and known for his acclaimed work on major film and game soundtracks. The word ‘Bioscope’ comes from the Greek ‘bios’ meaning life and ‘skopeein’ meaning to look; prior to the invention of cinema, it meant ‘a view or survey of life’. And that’s what Bioscope is about. The first album to emerge from this project is called Gentō, named after the Japanese term for “magic lantern”, a still-image projection system. It started life in early 2020 and after several five-day trips to Berlin over the years, and a few days in Steve Rothery’s home studio, it was finally ready to be mixed and mastered. Each of the five instrumental tracks takes it’s inspiration from man's endearing fascination with the moving image. They weave together Rothery’s emotive, melodic guitar work with Quaeschning’s expansive soundscapes, creating a mesmerizing journey through light and darkness, memory and imagination, featuring an amazing performance by Elbow’s drummer Alex Reeves. With soaring guitar solos that evoke classic progressive rock to hypnotic sequencer-driven passages reminiscent of Berlin School electronica, the album flows like a soundtrack to an unmade film.
Each of the five instrumental tracks is inspired by man's fascination with the moving image. The music ranges from impressive guitar sounds reminiscent of classic progressive rock to rhythmic sequencer passages in the style of the Berlin School. The CD+Blu-ray digipack contains the complete album on CD as well as high-resolution audio formats on Blu-ray:

Pink'n Orange - Exponentialis

Artist: Pink'n Orange
P: 2025

Rolf Plankensteiner, the musician and composer of the album "Exponentialis," sees himself as part of an age of exponential developments, aware that technologies in a finite world always reach their limits. At the same time, he experiences in his musical work that the creative expression of sounds and rhythms, and the effects of music on the listener, can expand almost endlessly. Thus, a turning point occurs at which the vertical of the exponential transforms into the universal. Quantity transforms into quality. And precisely this change is the special characteristic of music. The project band Pink 'n Orange celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025 and now calls itself "The Pink 'n Orange Project." The artist collective consists primarily of Gabriele Schwerdfeger, Rolf Plankensteiner, Ives Fritzsch, Johny Demeuricy, and Conrad Westhoff. But good friends like Walter Bartel, Boris Schaa, Maurice Dreier, and Wolfgang Moser also regularly contribute their special parts to various projects, as in "EXPONENTIALIS." The music on the CD is a sound collage whose titles can invite self-reflection.

Norwegian ambient guitarist Erik Wøllo has become a familiar name to followers of the DiN label as he has previously collaborated with label boss Ian Boddy on three studio albums as well as a couple of releases with Bernhard Wöstheinrich. His other live release with Boddy was from their only concert together so far, “EC12”, from their performance at the Electronic Circus in Germany in 2012. That is, until April 2024, when the Capstone Theatre in Liverpool invited Wøllo to perform alongside Boddy at what would be his UK debut. During the evening at the Capstone each musician played solo sets and then combined on stage to play an electrifying hour long performance mining tracks from their previous two albums “Meridian” (DiN54) and “Revolve” (DiN73). It is this joint concert that forms their new release, “Transmissions” (DiN92). Taking the original pieces as their starting point the duo played reworked and extended versions of these tracks with Wøllo getting the chance to play some wonderful guitar solos that take the music to a whole new level. Meanwhile Boddy used his Eurorack modular system to sculpt and mould the rhythmic sequencers and drums around Erik’s playing, as well as adding his distinctive French Connection Ondes style voicings. The main set was a continuous sonic journey through mystical soundscapes and rhythmic slices of Berlin School sequencing. The final encore track was a rendition of the track “Apogee” from the duos 2022 album “Revolve” (DiN73) with Wøllo playing a blistering guitar solo over Boddy’s heavy, sequenced grooves. This is a real treat for DiN aficionados and a perfect example of how two experienced musicians can take existing material and take it to new emotional heights in a live setting.

Limited edition of 100
This selection of works was originally made by Conrad Schnitzler himself in 2008 for a 100 CD boxset edition planned to be released.
Any universe is infinite and these 100 works are only guides to its central points, allowing you to simultaneously orient yourself and feel lost in its limitlessness. And it was Conrad himself who placed these points where refractions occur and where they have maximum glow. This selection of works creates a vast sound mass suspended in a timeless stasis.
Conrad’s music, being as close as possible to improvisation, often raises the question of what is more important here: regulation and control or random positioning of electroacoustic signals. These 100 hours of electronic symphonies, written between 1990 and 2009, represent a long journey through soundscapes where the listener meets something new while also reflecting on the past.

This new pressed CD has the original masters, including 3 bonus tracks with unique demo tapes of Utopie and Deja Vu, and a never-released track from that period called ‘Capricornus’.

Klaus Schulze - Kontinuum (3 LP)

Artist: Klaus Schulze
P:2007 / 2025

Kontinuum from 2007 consists of three typical Schulze longtracks. The first track, "Sequenzer (from 70 to 7)," takes the listener back to the 1970s with its signature Schulze sequencer sounds. With "Euro Caravan," Schulze glides musically toward the present, and with the over half-hour-long "Thor (Thunder)," the electronic master takes us on a journey into the future.

Klaus Schulze - Kontinuum

Artist: Klaus Schulze
P:2007

"Kontinuum" is 76 minutes of continuous music consisting of three long tracks that form one long piece of music. Musically, the album is journey into Klaus Schulze's past, present and future as a musician. Fans of his classic 70's style will definitely feel at home listening to this disc. There are also elements that will appeal to fans today's techno and trance music as well.
The entire "Kontiuum" journey begins with the appropriately title "Sequenzer (70 to 07)" with consists of the hynotic sequencer rhythms that harken back to the days of Schulze's classic "Mirage" album (notably the track "Crystal Lake"). Over the course of the track's 25-minutes, Schulze slowly adds different musical layers to the mix building the piece into a dynamic orchestral climax that only he can bring. As the main sequencer slowly fades out, we are left with nearly seven minutes of classic Schulze minor-key orchestrations that are once again reminiscent of his work in the mid-70s.
"Sequenzer" goes directly into the 20-minute "Euro Caravan" which begins with a dark low-key ambient note progression. As the music progresses, Schulze adds more chordal layers as well as a sample of woman's voice heard in the background. At around the nine minute mark, a dramatic sequencer rhythm slowly begins to fade in adding further depth to the music. Finally a techno-dance-like rhythm enters in and carries the piece the rest of the way.
As "Euro Carvan" fades out, the sound of thunder ushers in the third and final track, the nearly 32-minute "Thor (Thunder)". Echoes of Schulze's debut album "Irrlicht" are definitely apparent in the intro with long-held drones and strange ambient sounds. Once again, after several minutes, Schulze brings in the sequencers which this time, have more prominence and drive. The drum rhythms are also more aggressive as well. At around the 23-minute mark, the rhythms fade into another trademark Schulze overture similar to the one that closed the "Sequenzer" piece alongside more thunder sounds and a brief ambient coda heard during the final minute of the piece.

Kistenmacher released his first cassette in 1984 and has been making music ever since. Kistenmacher did not like the way electronic music was developing in the Eighties, so he simply bought himself the analogue synthesizers he needed to pursue his passion: "classic" Berlin School par excellence. "Head-Visions" is Kistenmacher's debut album from the year 1986.

P'Faun - The Marburg Sessions (2 CD)

Artist: P'Faun
P: 2025

In early February 2023, the members of P'Faun gathered at guitarist Sammy David's studio near Marburg to work on new music.
The aim was to record improvised jams based on spontaneity and immediate communication, as improvisation had always been one of the trio's strengths.
The result was ten extended space rock journeys full of energy and inventiveness, each with its own story to tell.
After recording, the band let the material rest for a while, only to return to it with fresh ears in the spring of 2025.
Apart from some cosmetic surgery here and there, the sessions have remained in their original form, as they thrive on the development of ideas and the flow of the music.
No smoothly ironed-out production according to the cookbook, but living, panting, sweating jams full of corners, edges and surprising twists, somewhere in the imaginary intersection of Pink Floyd, Klaus Schulze, Hawkwind and Nektar...
The 3 musicians combine all what you expect from electronic space-rock.

In the 1980s, his music was featured on the popular science program Sonda. In 2012, he shifted towards Berlin electronica. The album Chillout City Lights Zone was recorded slightly earlier, in 2008. Despite the title, Krzysztof Duda doesn't get bogged down in the depths of ambient monotony; rather, he has different ideas for chillout electronica. He often looks back to extract fragments of individual styles and build his own sound world based on them. Thus, we have fragments of café atmospheres akin to the work of Wanda Warska. Duda's dynamic world is full of strained references to jazz rock, funky, and fusion. It turns out that at Chillout City Lights Zone, there are the fewest static landscapes and the most lively and pulsating audio sphere.

Frederic Gerchambeau - Air Trip Music

Artist: Frederic Gerchambeau
P: 2026
Air Trip Music continues, in its own way, the lineage of my previous solo albums, which were already inspired by the work of American minimalists Steve Reich and Terry Riley. To put it more clearly, you won't find melodies or pads here, only improvisations created on an analog sequencer itself integrated into a Eurorack modular system equipped with a powerful echo device. On top of this foundation, as embellishment and added pleasure for the ear, various additions created with Audacity are layered. This excellent free software thus serves as both a recording studio and a sound laboratory. Air Trip Music consists of five tracks, each offering a rich and transformed sequential improvisation. This listening experience should be peaceful and attentive in order to gently and smoothly follow the evolution and meanderings of each of these musical improvisations, which total just under 70 minutes. It is also a manifesto for creative freedom, an ode to off-piste, experimental music that remains musical, electronic music that doesn't forget to be adventurous and exploratory.

Brückner - A Sequence of Colours (2CD)

Artist: Brückner
P: 2007 / 2025
From time to time, I delve into my archive of unfinished projects — musical sketches and collaborations that, for one reason or another, were left dormant on a hard drive years ago.
Some are promising albums that never quite found their final shape; others are joint ventures that stalled before reaching completion.
For this particular album, I have revisited two such projects — both dating back to 2007 — approaching the material with a fresh ear and renewed inspiration.
In the process, I began adding new elements, which in turn sparked the creation of entirely new pieces.
The result is a compelling symbiosis of old and new ideas: a seamless blend that traverses a range of electronic styles — from ambient and Berlin School to chill-out, IDM and more experimental textures.
Yet, throughout, the album remains unified by a shared aesthetic vision and a vivid sense of musical journey — one that moves fluidly through shifting colours, tones and timbres.

"This Island Earth" comprises three suites of music - one for classic analog synthesizers; one for analog and digital synths recorded in the studio and live in the USA with various guest musicians, spanning ambient, experimental and symphonic styles; and one for a completely Apple laptop-based system. Taking in the experimental styles of Cluster & Eno, the symphonic music of Kitaro or Vangelis, the ambient textures of Steve Roach or Warp Records, and the '70's sequencers of Tangerine Dream, "This Island Earth" has something to offer all fans of electronic, ambient and experimental music.

This bold new release by modular synth duo d’Voxx is their third on the DiN imprint, having previously released Télégraphe (DiN58) & 1984 (DiN75) to much critical acclaim. To give it its full title – HERZOG: A Retrospective by d’Voxx – sees Nino Auricchio and Paul Borg expanding their sonic horizons with musical interpretations of the five films legendary German film director Werner Herzog made between 1972 and 1987 with the mercurial actor Klaus Kinski.
Needless to say, this gives the album a very cinematic feel, where the modular systems that are at the core of their sound are still very much present but often in supporting roles around which the genre-bending five tracks rise and fall. Their ambitious sound worlds incorporate elements of prog, techno, rock, field recordings, and even a sample of a 1911 opera on, where else but the track Impossible Monolith, which references the epic film Fitzcarraldo. The duo state that these tracks do not attempt to score the films but rather to inhabit their territories: the fevered conquistador descending into megalomania; Woyzeck ground to psychological dust by institutional cruelty; Fitzcarraldo’s monumental folly; Nosferatu’s ancient weariness; the slave trader’s trajectory through exploitation and dissolution.
This third outing from d’Voxx will delight and surprise their admirers in equal measure and once again proves that the DiN label never stands still but is constantly looking to push through the straitjacket of genre boundaries.

Drom66 - Graviter

Artist: Drom66
P: 2022
The Polish musician Roman Fleszar hides behind the nickname DROM66. I knew his earlier sessions with other musicians, published by Generator.pl, and also on this album, although it is billed as a solo album, most of the recordings are duets. The mood of the Graviter album is sublime, almost gothic, listening to this album is like wandering through the cool corridors of a castle from one spacious chamber to the next, in an atmosphere of a kind of numbness and sudden dazzles with the beauty discovered behind the bend, intensified by long-winded vocalizations and sounds stylized as a cathedral organ (as in song no. 6). There are also – track 3 – stately sequencer progressions bathed in mysterious light, ornamented with long-winded vocalizations, or, as in Orbiter, sudden eruptions of a sharp rock guitar, also soon blurring like a dream. The whole album is immersed in mainly minor keys, there is little joy in this music, the mood of abandonment, isolation, transience dominates… I must admit that for this album I played many hours of a well-known Polish video game where a white-haired boy with a ponytail and a sword wanders through dark lands and castles. and dungeons, and it fit much better than the original one. A very interesting album, it is another departure from the Berlin classics in the Generator.pl catalog, and it is a very successful attempt.

Fritz Mayr - Moonflower

Artist: Fritz Mayr
P: 2026

Moonflower is a nocturnal journey through sound and space. Rooted in the Berlin School tradition, the album unfolds hypnotic sequences, pulsating synthesizer lines, and expansive ambient textures that develop slowly, allowing time to breathe.
The music doesn't follow a rigid structure but grows organically: sequences circle, subtly shift, blur with floating textures, and continually open up new sonic landscapes. The electric guitar integrates into these electronic structures as an emotional counterweight—sometimes atmospherically reverberating, sometimes melodically clear, like a distant light on the horizon.
Moonflower is both introspective and cinematic. The album invites you to let go, turn your gaze inward, and drift—through nocturnal scenarios, cosmic expanses, and quiet moments between movement and stillness. It's music for headphones and darkness, for long drives, for thoughts that come and go like clouds before the moon. A flower that blooms only in moonlight – mysterious, serene, and full of depth.

Double Fantasy - Universal Ave.

Artists: Double Fantasy
P: 1986 / 1990

Double Fantasy was formed in the summer of 1985 by Dreamstar (aka Robert Schroeder). The idea to Double Fantasy developed out of a relaxed studio session atmosphere, where the trying out of various new sounds and melodies created a fresh kind of beautiful Electronic Music, pictures of some laid back moments. The result is timeless Fantasy Music to dream and relax with.
Universal Ave. is the first and only album from Schroeder's Original Double Fantasy. Musically describing the human search for new worlds, travelling through the endless space of the universe. A SciFi story that begins when our planets life is coming to an end. Double Fantasy were able to create a very special sound and mood for this excellent produced CD. Refreshing synthesizer music, a musical summer breeze, caressing softly a balmy palm beach of a far, far yet to discover coast. The listener glides softly into a different world, be it through the romantic and moody title Heartbreaker, the relaxed Endless Running or erotic Food For Fantasy. The warm sound creations, interspersed with beautiful, spheric guitar is welcome company on the endless voyage through spaces as well as for the more earthly travels to the worlds of fantasy and meditation. The album was recorded, mixed and produced by Robert Schroeder, who as a successful solo artist has already several well known LPs/CDs to his credit. The album Universal Ave. earned big sales and media success in a very short time. In the USA the album reached the Billboard-Charts and sold over 200.000 items.

Jean Michel Jarre - Images (Best of)

Artist: Jean Michel Jarre
P: 1991

This compilation spans across 7 studio albums and 1 live recording made during the period of 1976-1991. Obviously, it's next to impossible to pick a dozen of "best of" tracks from that much material, so that everyone would agree upon the choice. However, "Images" does a nearly perfect job of giving a taste of each of Jarre's albums made in the first 15 years of his working, presenting a couple of tracks off each of them. As such, it is a good place to start getting into Jarre's music, and a good compilation to choose which album is worth buying. Jarre's music is normally meant to be listened to for the duration of the whole album. This fact shows these individual pieces' compositional strength, as they stand quite good on their own, being separated from their respective album's concept.
With its drawbacks, "Images" is a very good compilation. If you're hesitant where to start with Jean-Michel Jarre, you are advised to buy it.

Krzysztof Duda - Chillout Energetic Avenue

Artist: Krzysztof Duda
P: 2008

It's nice to hear something retro every now and then. Krzysztof Duda, one of the Polish pioneers of electronic music, returns to the musical realms of the 1980s with his 2008 album Chillout Energetic Avenue. A fan of the melodic variety of the genre, on Chillout? the composer presents 13 dance themes encapsulated in short, compact, and analog compositions. Some of them would be perfect for a dance party. For example, Regular People and Remember the Time are elegant, song-inflected compositions that have a touch of the spirit of Andrzej Zaucha's "Bąś serca bijam" (You Were Heart Beating) or Kombi's "Memories from the Plein Air." For more energetic tracks, Krzysztof Duda also ventured into the techno style "Energetic Avenue." Some themes evoke the dynamic motifs of the soundtrack to the film "Football Poker" (Life is Life, Industrial Society, Energy, Close to Traffic). Chillout Energetic Avenue has a certain charm, but overall it's an average album. Krzysztof Duda presents a few interesting moments that are catchy and even enjoyable to listen to, but only for a short while.
