Radiant Mind is an artist working in anonymity with Steve Roach as the producer, interface and on this release, collaborator. Presented in eight parts flowing forth in a continuous stream, HelioSphere embraces the sonic art form of pure space music: wondrous and expansive.
Radiant Mind first discovered the calling to create with synthesizers by finding inspiration starting with the formative early days of the pioneering radio show Music From the Hearts of Space. Over time, Radiant Mind's desire would evolve to create a potent blend of soundscapes for personal healing and extended meditation sessions.
Over the course of 2018, Steve carved on HelioSphere's production, mixing and additional synth spaces. Howard Givens provided the final mastering.

SENSE is the debut release by US artist Radiant Mind. Steve Roach helped nurture this release into being with production and sonic contributions. Radiant Mind's first offering delivers a warm and inspiring soundworld experience. While this is the first release from Radiant Mind, the artist has been creating electronic music for many years, choosing to create away from the public platform.

A kaleidoscopic quality to the pieces reveals a stellar inner-space music offset by fluttering cyber beats and strangely unfurling atmospherics. Shadows of historic German electronic music and American EM pioneers are present, while the overall sound is right now.

This is the second transmission from the enigmatic electronic artist Radiant Mind. Choosing to work in anonymity with Steve as the producer and interface, this artist draws from space-music forms and textures -- long unfolding drifts and slow suspensions. On this new release of deep-in-the-night travels, STRANDS is purely atmospheric, probing into the darker regions and outer edges of sonic space. All the sounds and textures were created specifically for each piece. Along with mastering the music, Steve added spacial processing enhancements and subtle looping to the final stages.
