Emulsion’s full-length debut cd brings together elements of 80’s electro, cutting-edge Idm, and bouncy melodies steeped in indie influences. Blue Sky Objective is electronic pop music: an accessible and appealing mixture of pretty, emotive melodies and lo-fi electro beats.
Has the quivering clouds of Boards of Canada without the heavy layers of
gauze, resting on some low-res rhythms. (Recommended) - Time Out Chicago.
