It took about two years to come to this new collection of songs. It seems like a long time, but we didn't want to produce just another CD, instead, we wanted to create something heartfelt, something which is in a true sense inspired by emotions...someting from deep inside... In two years people normally change in different ways. The music you are going to hear also varied over the time. To us, the music is like a diary which reflects our emotions and our feelings. We'd like you to listen to these songs with open heart, open mind and open soul. You may relax, dream or even move to them: but let your emotions flow, inside yourself, there is an unlimited imagination.

In our hectic world where the pace of progress is ever-quickening, life seems to be rushing by; we lack the space and time for leisure, to contemplate things and to take an inward look at ourselves. We crave those rare moments more and more when time seems to stand still, moments of fulfilled and fulfilling time. The Greeks called this moment in time "Kairos", removed from the law of decay and opening up the dimension of growth.
"Kairos" is the moment in time when opposites meet and contradiction evaporates. It is the moment of turnaround, of change and of building bridges. An island juts out from the perpetual stream of time, bringing us closer to the meaning of life - the connection with ourselves and the world around us. With this thought, we feel connected to "Kairos - the spirit of time".
There are moments in our life when time and space become deeper. And the feeling of existence extends infinitely.

We are very touched by the affection for our music, that reached us over the years. Your support gives us the courage to follow the way that seems to be the only one for us during the past three years: Onward to secret spaces. We normally live our lives in a very well known way, only a few things change. But sometimes the security is gone. The room we are in, is strange. We are not sure which way we have to go. This is what we call "secret spaces" - the place between rooms. The music on this CD, especially the "Secret Spaces Suite" is inspired by the feeling of beeing in this place between rooms. It really seemed to us like coming out of the dark, leaving the good old times behind and maybe finding our own way home. As musician as well as human beings.
Be part of this exciting voyage.

Back to Earth always wanted to create music that moves people – precisely in the way that Plato once said, "music and rhythm find their way into the secret places of the soul."
