Sensational Code Indigo performance from the 1998 Derby Cathedral concert, showcasing a band on the very top of their form. Great interplay between synths and guitar, oodles of atmosphere and feeling, this really is a classic! Includes reworking of classic tracks plus materiel unavailable anywhere else. Most importantly though, the Code Indigo style is very difficult to categorize. Instrumental Pink Floyd? Enigma?? Steve Roach??? In the Nursery???? They combine elements of all of these and yet, basically, they sound like, well.... Code Indigo. And that  is the mark of something a bit special.

"Sines of Life (Vol. 1) is David's 20th solo CD release in a career that spans more than 20 years and the album has been something of a labour of love, as explained in the informative 16 page booklet.
It contains new studio material alongside imaginative live re-workings of classic David Wright  compositions from concerts during 2007 and 2009 featuring guest musicians, and it's no understatement to say that it's a majestic tour de force of instrumental new age electronica.
The perennial favorite "Walking with Ghosts" is replayed as a brand new arrangement that is simply sublime and features another UK synth luminary Ian Boddy on keyboards and German guitar legend Klaus Hoffmann Hook, who also plays the Memotron.
Another beautiful reworking is "Beyond Paradise", this time featuring Hoffmann-Hoock on electric sitar, while "Just an Illusion" and "State of Bliss" are again completely new imaginings of the original album tracks that here feature stunning cosmic guitar work from Hoffmann-Hoock.
The remaining songs include the atmospheric piano based title piece, a previously unreleased live track featuring Robert Fox & Nigel Turner-Heffer titled "3 a.m." and a new interpretation of David's popular epic "Cassini" recorded at his 2007 USA concert.
The production is superb and with a running time of over 78 minutes this fitting anniversary album provides both quality and quantity. If you're already familiar with the work of David Wright, then this album really is a "must have" because the reworked live tracks are significantly different from the originals to differentiate this set from a traditional "Greatest Hits" compilation. If you're not and you're into good quality, melodic and emotive electronic music, then "Sines of Life" has more than enough quality to warrant your investigation and ensure your interest.
An album that's destined to run and run and a terrific addition to an already impressive catalogue.

The original studio recordings for "Timecode" includes previously unreleased music and is a fascinating insight into the writing process, showing how the original compositions differ from the eventual Code Indigo album. There is a real spontaniety and live feel that makes it all wonderfully compelling. The 14 "BT" tracks and "Timecode Exodus" are interlinked to produce one drifting electronic space music epic. Here are the original, sometime quite inspired instrumental music performances of tracks like "24am" and "Call of the Earth", plus additional pieces and alternate versions and arrangements. This collection shows just how prolific Wright & Fox were during this period and is a worthy companion to the "TimeCode" album itself.

This is the complete and unabridged concert recording of the 1994 Robert Fox and David Wright Concert at the Derby Guildhall, UK. Limited edition of just 100 DVDr.
The DVDr will be presented in a cardboard wallet.
The concert footage was transferred from BetaMax tape with effects added to the original 4.3 aspect ratio to present in widescreen. Only some unwanted sections between tracks were removed. Please be aware the video quality is ‘fair’ at best.
The stereo recording was digitally mastered by David Wright, but nothing has been added or taken away. Therefore, this is pretty much what the audience saw and heard all those years ago, mistakes and all!
It was their first ever UK concert hall appearance and both would go on to perform many more together, solo and in various collaborative projects.
At the time of this concert their acclaimed venture, Code Indigo, was still only an idea…
So sit back and enjoy this nostalgic trip down memory lane – the first ever David Wright & Robert Fox concert.

After his long association with the theatre, at last, a Robert Fox soundtrack materializes as a Digital/CD release. And as a theatre soundtrack precipitated the start of his involvement with electronic music, then it's fitting that such a stunningly original work should bring us full circle.

The music on Adonai was created to accompany some very powerful imagery and action and it will do the same in the mind of the listener. But don't be put off by the "soundtrack" tag, Adonai is a "complete" album, deliberately emotive and hugely cinematic in places, and typically Robert Fox at his boldest and most creative.

This new version is a complete re-record of that epic album with 10 minutes of new music added. Non of the mystique or the wonderful feel has been lost and the resulting ‘ASFAFA 2’ is, in our opinion, a classic em album for the 21st century.
