Conrad Schnitzler - Dronos Walze / Dron (2CD)

Artist: Conrad Schnitzler
P: 2025
LTD

DronosWalze' and 'DRON' offer a view on drone music through the prism of Conrad Schnitzler's singular perspective. These works – just two in the entire CON series – present two distinct approaches to the genre and, executed flawlessly, they became classic and timeless.
Conrad manages to condense his entire artistic essence into this minimalism, making these two hours as rich and immersive as the listener can endure. By following the concept of melody's absence, he succeeds in achieving complete immersion from the very first minutes.
Now available on CD for the first time, in a limited edition, and, as always, this is a unique CON release!

Jürgen Pluta - Blanche

Artist: Jürgen Pluta
P: 1980 / 2025
With Blanche, Jürgen Pluta's electronic solo debut is being released digitally and on CD for the first time - 45 years after its original release.
The former bassist of Wallenstein, Streetmark and Embryo recorded the album in 1979 at Procom Studio Kirchhellen, supported by Rolf Eggemann (drums) and Fritz Frey (guitar). Pluta, influenced by his collaboration with Harald Großkopf (Ashra Tempel, Wallenstein), developed his own sound language between Krautrock, synthesizer experimentation and atmospheric electronics. Blanche combines analog warmth with futuristic vision - a work that moves stylistically between cosmic music, early ambient and progressive electronics.
The CD has been remastered by Eroc and contains an exclusive remix of the track "Voyage" by Harald Großkopf as a bonus. A fascinating contemporary document from the transitional phase between Krautrock and electronic avant-garde.

Johan Tronestam - Settlers

Artist: Johan Tronestam
P: 2025
Settlers is not just an album — it is a journey. Each track unfolds a narrative of exploration, transformation, and remembrance, set against the vast canvas of the cosmos. The music combines spiritual longing with philosophical inquiry,
tracing the emotional arc of pioneers seeking a new beginning in a faraway world.
In an age of rapid digital evolution and cultural fragmentation, this album speaks to the necessity of preserving truth, authenticity, and shared humanity. It invites the listener to reflect not only on outer space, but inner space — the silent expanses within us where peace, curiosity, and hope take root. Every title was chosen with intention, forming a story about discovery, settlement, and the timeless quest to reunite with what was once lost. Settlers aims to resonate across borders, as a reminder that no matter how far we travel, we carry with us the spark of connection.

Jerome Froese - Sunsets in Stereo

Artist: Jerome Froese
P: 2025

Jerome Froese's fourth solo album
Jerome Froese became known as a long-standing member of the legendary electronic band Tangerine Dream, where he worked as a composer and multi-instrumentalist from 1990 to 2006. During this time, he was nominated for a Grammy seven times. As the son of Tangerine Dream founder Edgar Froese, who died in 2015, he carries on the musical DNA with independence and a spirit of innovation - in his very own way.
Froese's solo works stand for his unmistakable trademark sound, which he himself describes as "Guitartronica" - a special fusion of electronic sound structures and guitar-based textures. In addition to electronic elements, the album also features stylistic influences from the post-rock and dream pop genres, which lends the sound additional emotional depth and organic warmth.

Robert Schroeder - Relaxesizer

Artist: Robert Schroeder
P: 2025
Robert Schroeder's new album is called Relaxesizer and, of course, offers the ideal foundation for extended relaxation.
The album title is plausible: relaxing music recorded with a synthesizer, in other words, Relaxesizer. In any case, the Klaus Schulze protégé has been familiar with highly relaxing compositions since 1979 and, even with his 48th solo album, can still offer imaginative and exceptional spherical electronic music.

On this album, Robert has compiled and applied the essence, the sum of his musical experiences and development. With Relaxesizer, he has clearly undergone a musical transformation, a maturation of his development. The result is this album, well worth listening to.

Mark Jenkins - Modular Sessions Special Edition 5: The Arthur Brown Sessions

Artist: Mark Jenkins
P: 2025
LTD 100
Like “The Damo Suzuki Sessions” this album was recorded a few years ago featuring work mostly with a single notable musician rather than a wide range of collaborators. Arthur of course is famous for his worldwide No.1 hit “Fire” and for his improvised vocals with Klaus Schulze on “Dune”, “Time Actor” and various live tracks. His uniquely powerful voice spans fluidly from rock to operatic styles.
The album was partly recorded at the White Noise studio using a software version of the M.A.N.I.A.C. sequencing system.
It includes four epic soundscapes with words by William Blake and W.B. Yeats as well as vocal improvisations. The sonic textures are massed analog string synths, cosmic sounds, heavy analog sequencers, driving sampled percussion and loops, and compelling drum patterns as well as Arthur’s unique voice.
If you ever wished there was a new Klaus Schulze and Arthur Brown album to follow “Dune” and “Time Actor”, this is the one for you…

P: 2025
LTD 100
Imagine Jean-Michel Jarre wrote backing sequences for Vangelis to play grand piano, Johannes Schmoelling added lead lines, Edgar Froese guested on guitar and Kraftwerk created analog drum patterns and computer voices. That's the feel of "Language, Truth & Logic", inspired by AJ Ayer's 1935 book on Logical Positivism which aimed to demolish the entire history of philosophical thought, and failed - spectacularly... Huge synth layers on the mighty Korg OASYS synth open for pounding analog sequences, lush grand pianos, synth and orchestral sounds. On "The Function Of Philosophy" French synth wizard Hervé Picart ("Ose") spins a fascinating mysterious sequencer line, while on "Self And The Common World" German electronic minimalist Bernhard Wöstheinrich offers discordant, disturbing layers of sound under flowing, entrancing analog patterns. And elsewhere, Professor Richard P. Feynman appears on bongos... Eight mid-length synth tracks are accompanied by a mighty 12-and-a-half minute closer "The Sea Of Philosophical Speculation" which offers Froese-like guitars and "Rubycon"-style backward pianos as well as massive mysterious sequences and polysynth textures. "Language, Truth & Logic" is a trip through your entire electronic music collection in a single overwhelming album.

Electric Orange - Orange Commutation

Artist: Electric Orange
P: 1996

The band's second regular release on the Delerium label. Except for the new first track, it consists of remixes of the first CD. So, who plays where is listed there in more detail. The new first track is an Indian-inspired psychedelic number, beginning with slow tabla rhythms and sitar, with ethereal, echoed organ in the background. Then a trance rhythm (apparently the same as in "Borrowed Toothpaste Paranoia") kicks in, and Öslem sings in an oriental style. Occasionally, it's interrupted by snatches of speech, and the guitarist alternates between organ and sitar for short, flowing solos. The remixes significantly alter the originals, moving them toward trance music. The second track, with its brutal guitar, is heavier than on the first LP; "Eugene" sounds darker, duller, and features an organ that now plays the main line. "Back in Strange World" moves from elegiac, Floyd-esque guitar lines to a more "Kraftwerk" feel, significantly more electronic with synthesizer beats and trance rhythms. "Reflections..." also loses its flowing guitar at the beginning, becoming more rhythmic and backed by spoken-word vocals from the echo chamber. The changes are sometimes quite drastic; "Back in Strange World" in particular has completely changed. Otherwise, these are interesting variations on the first CD, demonstrating what a mixer can achieve.

Blue Chip Orchestra - Red Sky Beat

Artist: Blue Chip Orchestra
P:
1998
Strange beings appear in the Dakota myth of creation. Ite, the seductively beautiful daughter of an old sorcerer and his wife, lives underneath the earth. The young woman contrives plans to ensure a lucrative future and marries the god of the winds, Tate. She gives birth to the four winds but doesnt take care of her children too well as her interests lie more in flirting with Wi, god of the sun. This upsets and shames Wi's wife Hanwi, the moon...
The Blue Chip Orchestra took some of these archetypes as a guide for a musical journey through the spirit realm. Native Indian chants, flutes, rattles, drums and nature sounds melt magically with electronic sounds - the effect: modern western listeners can participate in the perception of the extending consciousness of a shaman. The earthly tones and sounds get blurred, echoing in a surreal space, sounds from beyond and beneath the earth blend into a psychedelic experience. The wall between this and the other world becomes elusive and partly disappears.
Hubert Bognermayr and Harald Zuschrader certainly don't intend to contribute to ethnological studies, yet their compositions have an atmospheric density that can trigger a shamanistic journey. Appropriately the Siberian overtone singing in the fourth piece is associated with the most ancient god of the rock, Inyan. It is said that 30,000 years ago the Native Americans came from central Siberia, crossing Bering Strait into North America.
Bognermayr calls it "Soulart". Since their famous works "Computerakustische Klangsinfonie Erdenklang", their "Surmon On The Mount" and their two albums with the Blue Chip Orchestra both Bognermayr and Zuschrader have always used the creative potential of the electronic technologies as a musical instrument for artistic creation in aesthetic and human terms.
Those who are not into Shamanism and ghosts may focus on the meeting of archaic and electronic sounds or enjoy the artistic creation in aesthetic terms. It is an open concept. Playful fantasy and mastery of sounds are guarantied. (Christian Salvesen, translated by Ieva Gaidulis)
"White River, Red Spirit", is also in the Sacred Spirits/Deep Forest vein. And extremely welldone at the same time, making it easy to recommend. Bognermayr and Zuschrader, the BCO duo for over 20 years, journey through the spirit realm with native chants, rattles, flutes, drums and excellent use of nature sounds melt magically with electronic sounds. The atmospheric density can certainly trigger shamanistic journeys, as they explore myths of creation, stories & archetypical realms, serving as the musical guides to take you there".

Däcker + Skoulaman - Saudade

Artist: Däcker & Skoulaman
P: 2025

It all started with a Yamaha CS-60.
Däcker asked if somebody was able to collect his CS-60 after it had been repaired. Skoulaman volunteered and once the CS-60 was brought back to Däcker’s studio, he tried it out and was immediately blown away. What an amazing sound!
Däcker and Skoulaman had jammed together once before and found in each other a rather similar approach in creating electronic music and they both love the music of Vangelis.
The idea was born to make some music around the CS-60.
This culminated in three days of recording sessions and what you hear on this album is a selection of the best parts from these sessions.

Peter Mergener - Chip Meditation 2025

Artist: Peter Mergener
P: 2025

Chip Meditation was one of Software's most successful IC albums in the 80s. Peter Mergener was primarily responsible for the music at the time and is now celebrating the 40th anniversary of a cult album that set standards in the electronic music scene with Chip Meditation 2025.
Music to dream to. That's what electronic music listeners associate with Chip Meditation.

On Chip Meditation 2025, the Software-typical sequences (trademark!) bubble out of the choir sounds, intertwining with warm pads and building up to a successful Berlin School track. The sounds develop fluidly, with occasional effects and touches of color reminiscent of Klaus Schulze or Tangerine Dream, gaining depth through the pad sounds.
Peter Mergener thus knows how to perfectly showcase these traditional Berlin School style elements in a contemporary, full-bodied sound, creating an atmosphere where you can "bathe" like in the old days.
Fans have had to wait a long time for Peter to revive the "old days."
Sweet dreams!

Erik Wollo + Deborah Martin - Kinishba

Artist: Erik Wollo & Deborah Martin
P: 2024

Like its predecessor, Kinishba birthed from many years of study, on-site research, recordings, and collaborations with a variety of Apache tribal members, most notably Edgar Perry — who was a significant contributor to the preservation of Apache traditions. This new release entwines the electronic ambient sound that Martin and Wøllo are known for with traditional tribal instrumentation throughout, highlighting these collaborations. “Burial Ground” opens with Martin’s ethereal refrain: “Here I am, Here I stay,” an honoring song for those who have gone before us. From its austere beginnings, the track swells into the hypnotic as Leno Edwards, Alfredo Way and Edgar Perry add drums and vocals of an Apache Crown dance. Martin’s voice soars with theirs over a lush bed of Wøllo’s synthesizer for the composition’s riveting finale. On “Fort Apache Meadowlarks,” Wøllo’s euphoric guitar glides over a tapestry of Martin’s pueblo shakers, Taos drum loops and vocalizations. The entire work features these powerful sonic realizations engaging the listener in a transformative experience.
For Martin and Wøllo, Kinishba is “the house of the ancestors,” the inspiration for this latest work about honoring those who came before, and the healing power of ceremony. Kinishba, named for an abandoned pueblo on the White Mountain Apache Reservation, is a reflection on this theme, a vivid collection of 10 pieces that open a respectful, authentic window into remembrance ceremonies of the Apache people. These compositions are an homage to the traditions of the American Indian, ensuring they can never be lost to time like Kinishba itself. For in Apache, there is no word for “goodbye.”
