Robert Schroeder's new album is called Relaxesizer and, of course, offers the ideal foundation for extended relaxation.
The album title is plausible: relaxing music recorded with a synthesizer, in other words, Relaxesizer. In any case, the Klaus Schulze protégé has been familiar with highly relaxing compositions since 1979 and, even with his 48th solo album, can still offer imaginative and exceptional spherical electronic music.
On this album, Robert has compiled and applied the essence, the sum of his musical experiences and development. With Relaxesizer, he has clearly undergone a musical transformation, a maturation of his development. The result is this album, well worth listening to.

Track 1 SlowMo and track 2 The Inside Of My Soul merge into one another, resulting in a very varied long track from almost 24 minutes brings to light and makes curiosity for the rest of the CD. And also worth continue. In addition SlowMo was also produced as a 3D animation showing a stunning flight through an electronic circuit board (available in near future on YouTube under SlowMo).
Slow Motion is a mixture of ambient, chill, easy listening and effectful EM. Spherical atmospheres let you dream and flow around, swirling and hypnotic sequencer in the popular analog sound of the 80s merge with Schroeder-typical timeless harmonic synthesizer melodies and bring a sense of light-heartedness and utter freedom. The CD Slow Motion has a total rate of 838 bpm, but that is with 8 tracks of the 64 minute long CD not too fast. On the contrary, Slow Motion is pure relaxation. This is the beginning of the new electronic work "Taste It" by sound artist Robert Schroeder.
Relaxing-groovy rhythms and sequences are added and an exciting journey starts.
The previous album "D.MO Vol. 2" provides us with good old analogue material. "Taste It" now features fascinating futuristic sound-landscapes. Robert Schroeder again creates a fantastic dreamworld. Voice-like synthiesounds on a base of modern Beats, Arpeggio-Sequencer patterns mystic choirsounds and dreamy melodies are surrounded by a spherical atmosphere.
By using some little analogue sounds Robert continues the dreamy atmosphere of his album "SphereWare" (2007) and enriches this with decent downbeats. The music as well as the 24 bit-recording is responsible for an excellent setting to dream, for space travels or just to chill out.

Here many mood pictures which have developed from the almost 20 years now synthesizer history are united. From meditation through sound collagen, soft electronics and nice-sounding SynthiPop rhythms. Especially the CD version TIMEWAVES is with her more than 60-minute repertoire once again a masterpiece which received validity with idea, composition, production and sound as a reference for 1987. Since Schroeder reached with his album TIMEWAVES in the "West German Radio" oscillations choice in '87 dreamlike orders:TIMEWAVES was appointed the third-best album of 1987, Robert Schroeder to the second-most popular artist and the title THE MESSAGE to the best title, to the No.-1-of 1987.

Fresh, new rhythmic earcatcher, made by the master. VELOCITY is the result of almost forty years of musical development by the Aachen musician. This album provides an EM with new and fresh impressions, which even arouses the attention of hardcore Schroeder fans who are already familiar with some of his extravagant excursions. It will be a delightful surprise. VELOCITY is very "electronic", experimental and quite varying. The 7 instrumental tracks of the 64-minute album are sequencer-based and, as usual, featured with Schroeder-typical exciting atmospheres and magnificent synthesizer solos.Robert has already pursued the new orientation "back to the roots" for a few years and has now come a long way closer to achieving this goal with VELOCITY.
