On HIDDEN WORLD BEYOND, Serrie and flautist Gary Stroutsos delve further into the arena of Native American Indian sounds, something Stroutsos had already been known for but which Serrie had only begun exploring with his previous album, SPIRIT KEEPERS. HIDDEN WORLD BEYOND is less explicitly Native American than its predecessor, and instead subtly probes the similarities between various musical styles.
