Besides the "normal" CD releases of German EM artist Robert Schroeder there were also special productions in the past for compilations and advertising music for the industry. Not all of these titles are known by the EM lovers.
This album offers a collection of the most beautiful tracks with Electronic Music. The result is this varying CD with beautiful original songs, to amaze, to enjoy and to relax.

Second album released by Robert Schroeder for Innovative Communication. Floating music is a pleasant listening, it pursues on the path traced by Harmonic Ascendant. As you can imagine this album is closed to cosmic sci-fi soundscapes released by Klaus Schulze. Consequently it features minimal, repetitive patterns that support ethereal, melodic synth moves. The first side represents a sensual, sometimes cloudy electronic voyage throw time and space. the kosmische soundscapes deliver some serene, deep introspective moments that really remind the best electronic epics from Schulze at the same period. The good point is that this album is not monolithic at all, it constantly provides changing ambiences and textures.  Side 2 is an other intergalactic trip, including drums and placid electronics. Sleepy, dreamy and abstract synthesisers excursions. An honest album recommened for those who are into classic German kosmiche music.

The music got a unique and typical sound character by using Robert`s selfmade synthesizers in the mixture with Polymoog, CS-80 and PPG-Modular. Robert has now remastered Floating Music and rereleased it as EDITION 2023 on Spheric Music. However, in this EDITION 2023 version a fat bonus track „Floating In Slow Motion“ with 23 minutes has been added, which upgrades the original vinyl length of 36 min to now 59 min to a well-filled CD length.

With space effects, Robert takes us into mysterious spheres on his new studio album, deep strings and dreamy melodies quickly immerse us in another world. The Schulze-like sequences are rhythmically accentuated and accompanied by Mellotron choirs and take us on an exciting trance journey. Peppered with space sounds, alienated radio messages, one floats in wonder from cosmos to cosmos.
Analogue beats, whirling sequences and string melodies refresh the hearts of traditional EM.
Deep subterranean sounds from the underground lead us further into trance-like sequences, as we know them from "Paradise". Those who are not yet in a trance will be hypnotised by the choruses and floating space effects.
A hypnotic sequential title a la Klaus Schulze rounds off the space journey into the light.

In 1993 the German sound artist published his 74-minute work MINDWALK. This 11th solo album exists partly of rhythmical, tuneful instrumental tracks (synthi, drums, guitar) and partially of sphere, meditation and sound sceneries. Some tracks were composed especially for live appearances. They originated in 1990 on the occasion of the MINDWALK concert night music in the West German Radio (WDR, Cologne, 3.3.1990). The live recordings of this concert were bad and therefor the repertoire of this successful concert was reconstructed, taken up anew, complemented and produced. Here it was, above all, about it, the atmosphere, the mood of this live event without bringing the undesirable side effects and in the good studio sound on CD. Great product and very warm and dynamic sound.
In 2006 Robert has done a sound update with MINDWALK. Not re-mixed but an all over sound correction with new computer technology. Today the CD MINDWALK is available in this high power sound update only.

Mosaique was Robert's third album after Harmonic Ascendant and Floating Music and it takes us back to the sounds of the early 80s (including the track ComputerVoice). Complemented by guitar (Charly Büchel), bass (Rob Van Dyk) and Fred Severloh and Tommy Betzler (Drums), on Mosaique Robert uses the legendary PPG Wave 2 for the first time to create impressive atmospheres that lie somewhere between Floating Music and Cygnus-A. The sound for this 2025 edition has been refreshed amazingly well (!). Now Mosaique sounds in first-class sound quality for its age (1981) and, with two special bonus tracks (Syntropia and Galactical), is a must for Schroeder fans of the 80s. Galactical alone is worth the purchase!
