Live at Emma 1 1994. Plus a new studio Bonus track. Here we find the best tracks from Pickford in new live versions. This is the (mostly) live album recorded at the EMMA 1 Festival, Derby Assembly Rooms, March 12th 1994. The album Terraformer was launched on this day too. There isn’t really a vast amount I can write about this album.. It is what it says on the can! The studio track Arc Of Infinity remains one of my personal all time favourites of mine… knocks yer socks off once it gets going! Erm… dum de dum de dum… live stuff from EMMA 1… stuff played live at EMMA 1… how many times can I paraphrase it?

Polaris was supposed to be a RadioSilence project album, but that kinda went out the window as soon as I started adding melodies. After that I just decided to use just about everything and record what sounded cool to my ears. The result sounds pretty strong and may have benefitted from my 2 month break beforehand. It wasn't the best summer for me anyhow and I felt a bit under the weather at times. Even my buggering tomatoes didn't grow much this summer... got plenty of beans though! 4 decent tracks later and I feel a fair bit better. They were fun to do and rewarding to spend a little time over.
