After the ambient "The Arkhive"-project, Dutch producer Tonal Assembly now returns with "No Solid Ground" to his roots in the more melodious, mysterious, etheric, rhythmic, contemplative, and emotional forms of electronic music. His music is often described as a mix of Jarre, Vangelis and 80s synthpop, but one can also find traces from Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream and Berlin School. "No Solid Ground" is the perfect complement to "Lost And Found In Imaginary Landscapes" from 2019, but takes things sonically and productionwise a bit further. It inhabits the same musical universe, although every track creates its own unique universe.
