This is music that goes straight into your ear and even more: it gets under your skin! I've rarely heard piano / piano-heavy music that appeals to me immediately. It is a very pleasant atmosphere that Harald Gramberg and Gerrit Johannes Vos create here. Despite, or perhaps because of the different styles of the two, the "separate interplay" (hence the name: split album) completely complements each other. Here Harald succeeds in building a bridge between classical music and light dark ambience in the opener, which fits in well with the rest of the action. In summary, it is an interesting matter to listen to the "Our Spiritual Connection" again. Every collaboration is different - but / and all of them are very interesting and highly recommended.
