Nr.: 15 The heavy rhythmic songs with weird noises are considered by some to be too clinical but, as a fan, you play these songs loud, really loud. The tracks on cd #1 are all more than 20 minutes long so they create a euphoric trance. The shorter numbers on cd #2 are more tranquil. The track order has been revised on this reissue to create room for a bonus track of almost 60 minutes. This is “Gem”, the original soundtrack of an Australian horror movie “Next Of Kin”, recorded in 1982. Because of the type of movie it’s from, the music is obviously dark and scary with a rhythm that reminds one of chopping axes and Jason masks, not very jolly and certainly not for weak stomachs (but very very good).
