Imagining transferring also the capability of feeling sentiments inside an android/AI. Is it possible to train a robot to feel sentiments using artificial intelligence? I have a feeling that a sentimental (not only intelligent) robot would not be very happy, due to the limitation of being trapped inside a machine-like body. And yet, from the intelligence point of view, it would be incredibly efficient and fast. The album starts with a very long poignant melodic trilogy accompanied by a minimalistic sequence (using Elektron Analog Four Mk. 2), which develops in several moments. Voices in the background show a growing soul for the android, and an inner drama. I composed this piece 5 years ago, but the time wasn't right. Techno-like pieces, alternated with "Schulzean" ones follow and dominate all the rest of the album. The android accepts only the intellectual role that has been entrusted to it, and stops suffering by eliminating forever the “sentiment subroutine" that was programmed inside it as an experiment. It explores space with no limitations and no brakes. Its ethics is dictated only by its own programming (what is right? what is wrong to do?). And meanwhile it experiences the mechanism of consciousness using only its intelligence. At that point some form of spirituality starts to grow inside it. A new kind of conscious being is born.
